As I stated in my May Sales Update I decided that for the month of June I would not list a single new item on eBay or Depop. Which is exactly what I did and this is how it went.

I actually made $4 more than I did in May when I listed 56 items during the month.
6 of those were on Depop which I am pleased is staying consistent.
I didn’t buy any new stock so the only expense I had was my store subscription which is about $28AUD.
This little experiment has left me confused, why was I spending so much time photographing and listing everyday if I can make more money doing nothing?
Was this month was just a fluke? Does eBay actually reward you for constantly posting, or just for interacting with buyers?
To test this theory, in July I am going to post 1-2 new item every day, which is a lot more manageable than trying to post 5.
My best sale for the month was this clapped out vintage barbie, which got me $28 in profit.
As always you are welcome to check out my eBay Depop or Etsy if you want to see how I photograph and list things.
Follow along to see how July goes.
